杨向赟 律师

法学学士，执业证号：270195111204。现为甘肃正天合律师事务所合伙人，国际业务部负责人，并兼任甘肃省律师协会金融证券投资专业委员会委员和律师行业规范及对外专门协调委员会委员。

杨向赟律师于1995年取得律师资格并于同年开始从事执业律师工作。2002年至2003年经过英国政府和我国司法部的选拔，前往英国参加“英国法律大臣办公室中国青年律师培训计划”，先后在伦敦大学亚非学院、英国西蒙斯律师事务所伦敦及香港办公室、布瑞克考特大律师行进行学习及培训。

执业十年来，先后为亚盛实业股份有限公司、兰州三毛实业股份有限公司、国家开发银行兰州分行、深圳农产品股份有限公司、兰州奔马集团及英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、瑞士、香港等国家和地区的客户提供诉讼与非诉讼服务。

Yang XiangYun, License NO.270195111204, LL.B of North-West Normal University, Partner and Head of the International Business Department of Zheng Tian He Law Firm, the largest firm in GanSu province. Besides as a senior legal counsel, Yang Xiangyun also plays important roles in some other positions: the committee member of the GanSu Lawyer's Association Finance & Investment Branch, the Legal Ethics and the Arbitration Branches.
