广东环宇京茂律师事务所1993年由原广东省对外经济贸易委员会组建成立，原名广东环宇商务律师事务所。2000年，经司法部核准，正式更名为广东环宇京茂律师事务所。从2001年3月开始，本所实行合伙制。律所地处广州金融商业区的核心地带，总部位于广州标志性建筑中信广场。
