谭岳奇律师先后于西南政法大学法律系、武汉大学法学院、荷兰海牙国际法学院学习进修，于2002年取得法学博士学位。目前在北京市中银（深圳）律师事务所任主任、高级合伙人，还担任深圳市律师协会涉外法律专业委员会主任、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员、中国国际私法学会理事、华南国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员、深圳仲裁委员会仲裁员、武汉大学韩德培法学基金会理事、深圳市律师协会前海发展战略工作委员会委员。曾在香港特别行政区高等法院作为内地法律专家证人出庭。

公开出版《创业板上市法律事务及典型案例分析》（主编，法律出版社2011年7月出版）、《中小企业介入式团队法律服务》（主编，法律出版社2009年7月出版）、《内地与香港的法律冲突与协调》（副主编，湖北人民出版社2001年版）、《法官能断家务事——现代法律实务丛书之二》（与人合著，湖北人民出版社1997年版）等专业著作四部，在《现代法学》、《政法论坛》、《法学评论》、《律师与法制》等国内法学核心期刊上发表论文20余篇，多次接受《深圳商报》、《深圳晚报》、《晶报》、《深圳法制报》等多家媒体采访，就多个热点法律问题在上述媒体公开发表法律意见。

Tan Yueqi, the lawyer, has successively pursued his study  at Law Department of Southwest University of Political Science and Law , Law School of Wuhan University, Hague Academy of International Law of Netherlands, and  obtained his Juris Doctor in 2002.For now, he not only serves as director and senior partner in Beijing Zhong Yin (Shenzhen) law firm, but as director of Foreign Legal Professional Committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Association, arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission , council member of Chinese Private International Law Society, arbitrator of South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission ,  arbitrator of Shenzhen Arbitration Commission , council member of Han Depei Law Foundation of Wuhan University, vice-chairman of Shenzhen Alumni Association of Law School of Wuhan University as well as the committee member of Qianhai Development Strategy Working Committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Association. He once entered an appearance in High Court of  Hong Kong Special Administrative Region as a mainland legal expert witness.
